We are pleased to invite you to learn more about our latest applied AI project on Recommender Systems, with an anticipated start this Fall 2022. This project will feature emerging recommender systems techniques to help improve customer experience, retention and customer loyalty. The virtual Call for Participation meeting will take place July 20 at 3pm – 4:30pm ET.

Throughout the project, you will have the opportunity to meet with industry experts, get access to reference implementations and build a proof-of-concept with your team. These learnings can potentially improve the performance of your existing customer experience models.
