Vector Institute: Call for Vector Recognized Program Representatives (2021-22)
The Academic Partnerships team is seeking one to two volunteers to act as student program representative(s) for their cohort (graduating year) of Vector’s recognized AI master’s programs. As a program representative, you will act as a student liaison between Vector and students in your cohort, providing feedback throughout the year (3 to 6 hours) to inform programming for master’s students to support your professional and academic development. In addition, you will be responsible for representing your program, so you will be asked to share feedback and suggestions from your peers as well as communicate opportunities for students in your program to participate in Vector activities. All required consultation(s) and discussion(s) that require your input will take place virtually.
In exchange, you will be the first to learn about upcoming initiatives, have guaranteed access to specific Vector events and you will receive a Certificate of Participation from Vector at the end of the year, which you can include on your resume or LinkedIn profile.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application by October 29th, 2021. Program reps who are selected will be contacted in November.
Please note that if there are multiple applications from your cohort and/or program, Vector Scholarship in Artificial Intelligence recipients will be prioritized. You can email us at aimasters@vectorinstitute.ai with any questions.
