Onboarding Request Form

The purpose of this form is to request the onboarding of researchers at Vector. The following types of researchers are onboarded at Vector are:

Faculty Members

• Graduate Students of Faculty Members: a master’s or PhD student officially supervise/co-supervise by a Vector Faculty Member at their university/institution
• Postdoctoral Fellows of Faculty Members: A Post-doctoral fellow officially supervise/co-supervise at a Vector Faculty Member’s university/institution
• Project Collaborators: Individuals who work with faculty members on a specific, time-bound project (up to 8 months).
  • Internal: Active enrollment in an academic program at a home institution of a supervising Vector Faculty Member is required for access.
  • External: Not enrolled at the home institution of a supervising Vector Faculty Member. The information provided for External Project Collaborators will be assessed and requires approval from both Vector’s Research Director and the Chief Information Officer.

Faculty Affiliates

• Faculty Affiliate Researchers: ML/DL graduate students or postdoctoral fellows supervised by a Vector Faculty Affiliate.
