This is the Call for Participation Information Session for Future of Work Roundtable. This in-person roundtable will bring together senior leaders to explore how organizations can build and evolve their AI talent strategy to support workforce readiness, reskilling, and scalable AI adoption towards future of work.

As a foundational enabler of enterprise AI, talent strategy is reshaping how organizations build capability, unlock productivity, and scale AI responsibly. While it creates new opportunities for workforce transformation and business value, it also introduces complex challenges related to reskilling, AI talent lifecycle management, organizational change, and redefining leadership.
