This form is open to Vector Institute Industry Sponsors and FastLane companies. If you are unsure of your membership status, contact your Vector account manager before submitting.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis.

6 Dell XE9608L compute nodes, each consisting of

8 B200 SXM GPUs
2 Intel Xeon Platinum 8570 CPUs (112 cpu cores)
2 TB system RAM
15 TB NVME local storage (/tmp)
1,600 Gbps aggregate Infiniband interconnect, providing 200 Gbps GPUDirect RDMA per GPU

Before You Submit

Understand what participation involves and confirm your agreement to the program terms.

All accepted participants are expected to:

Complete a midterm progress report (one to two pages, point-form) at the midpoint of your access period. Continued access is contingent on submission
Submit any request for access extension to your PM Facilitator no later than 30 days before your program end date – extensions are assessed case-by-case based on available capacity and project progress. Total access, including any extension granted, cannot exceed 4 months.
Complete an exit survey by program end, covering compute usage, achievements and interest in continued support
Attend three scheduled touchpoints (Start, Mid, Exit) with your assigned PM Facilitator.
Notify your assigned PM Facilitator promptly of any material change to project scope, team composition or resource requirements

Terms and Conditions for Compute Access

You agree not, and not to allow third parties or Your End Users, to use the Equipment/Compute:

to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity, including child sexual exploitation, child abuse, or terrorism or violence that can cause death, serious harm, or injury to individuals or groups of individuals;
for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose including Non-consensual Explicit Imagery (NCEI), violating intellectual property rights of others, phishing, or creating a pyramid scheme;
to distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or impair the use of the Equipment/Compute by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
to alter, disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Equipment/Compute;
to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisements, or other solicitations (“spam”);
to test or reverse-engineer the Equipment/Compute in order to find limitations or vulnerabilities, or to evade filtering capabilities, except as expressly permitted in the Agreement; or

In addition, you agree not, and not to allow third parties or Your End Users, to use the Equipment/Compute:

to grant multiple individuals access to an individual End User Account other than via the delegation features provided within the Equipment/Compute;
to create End User Accounts assigned to business functions rather than to human beings for the purpose of sharing files within or outside of the domain;
to resell End User Accounts, or parts thereof, as added into a commercial product offered to third parties; or
to record audio or video communications without consent if such consent is required by applicable laws and regulations (you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction(s)).
