This form should be used to submit nominations for the Vector Scholarship in AI for the 2026-27 academic year. Form B is for the use of master’s programs not currently included on this list. Vector-recognized master’s programs included on the list must use Form A. Students may not individually complete this form.

Please ensure that nomination packages are complete prior to submission, and that all data and text entered on the form is visible on all pages of the combined PDF format. If you experience loss of data, we recommend flattening or using the Print-to-PDF function on individual PDFs prior to merging.
