Vector Scholarship in Artificial Intelligence (2024-25):
The nomination period for the Vector Scholarship in AI 2024-2025 cycle is now open. The deadline for programs to submit all nominations to Vector Institute is March 21, 2024 at 4 p.m., EST.
Please note that university program offices may have internal submission deadlines for documentation earlier than March 21.
We recommend that referees review the CRC’s Guidelines for Limiting Unconscious Bias when completing the written component of the Referee Report”.
Nomination package requirements
In addition to the required CV and transcripts (more detail here), nomination packages must include the following:
Two referee forms, at least one of which is academic
Completed Referee Forms should be sent by the referee directly to the nominating program and not to the student.
A 250-word statement outlining their reason for pursuing a master’s in AI, relevant AI-related experience, and career aspirations;
If not applying to a Vector-recognized program
If not applying to enrolled in a Vector-recognized program, an Approved Study Plan including a course list and a description of thesis/capstone project;
