Use this form to submit nominations for the Vector Scholarship in AI for the 2025-26 academic year. Form B is for the use of master’s programs not currently included on this list. Vector-recognized master’s programs included on the list should use Form A. Students may not individually complete this form.

Please ensure that nomination packages are complete prior to submission, and that all data and text entered on the form is visible on all pages of the combined PDF format. If you experience loss of data, we recommend flattening or using the Print-to-PDF function on individual PDFs prior to merging.

Please note there is a maximum of 1 PDF file per nominee. Each file should include the following components: 1) Copies of all transcripts including the grade legend; 2) Two referee forms; 3) Up-to-date CV (no more than 2 pages); 4) 250-word statement outlining reason for pursuing a master’s in AI, relevant AI-related experience, and career aspirations 5) Approved study plan including courses and if applicable, description of thesis/capstone project. We highly recommend that completed nomination template files are flattened or “print-to-PDF’d” before combining PDFs into each student nomination package to maintain data integrity.
