HealthSpark – Call for Proposals

Proposals must be submitted via the electronic submission portal below. Applicants should adhere to the word count limits for the questions.

Applications are only considered submitted to Vector once applicants hit the “Submit” button on their application form. Applicants will receive a confirmation of submission to the email address identified in Part I: Applicant Information. Applications must be submitted by the application deadline of 11:59 PM EST, February 27, 2026.
